Our Founders

Pastor Lance Anderson

Lance was taught to the tenants of Holiness and Sanctification as a child, that compelled him to receive salvation at eight years old. As a result, Lance excelled academically and was afforded a full tuition college scholarship. He graduated from Lawrence Technological University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis in Mechanics and Structural Design. He later received his Master of Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.

Lance later received a Master of Arts in Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business. Lance currently serves as a Project/Senior Engineer for a leading global science and technology firm.

Growing up at their childhood church, Lance met and married high school sweetheart Dennette Beasley. In 2025, they will celebrate 21 years of holy matrimony. They have two young daughters, Hailee and Liliana who are being raised faithfully in the admonition of Christ.

Pastor Lance is a saved, Holy Spirit filled believer and follower of Jesus Christ. Lance is an avid learner, student, teacher and preacher of the Word of God. He is a Maven in Scripture, who delves deep into the illuminated mysteries of God. Lance’s desire is to preach and teach with the spirit of excellence, as he lives a holy circumspect life.

Evangelist Dennette Anderson

As a daughter of the church, Dennette, along with her siblings were raised faithfully in Holiness by her parents. She was blessed to marry her high school sweetheart, Lance Anderson. In July, 2025, they will celebrate 21 years of holy matrimony. They have two young daughters, Hailee and Liliana who are being raised faithfully in the admonition of Christ.

Dennette received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Michigan State University. She then matriculated to Lawrence Technological University and received dual master’s degrees; Master of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Arts in Business Administration (MBA). Within her career, she currently serves as an IT Business Analyst Consultant for a Texas-based IT services firm. She is also a professionally trained Voice Over Artist offering services for various businesses and Christian organizations.

In September 2018 Lady Dennette with her husband, Pastor Lance, founded Kadosh Ekklesia. Throughout her Christian tenure, Dennette has served faithfully in a myriad of ministry assignments. At Kadosh Ekklesia, she serves as the Business Administrator, Technology Manager, children’s ministry Coordinator and on the Worship team.

Above all, Lady Dennette is a saved, Holy Spirit filled believer and follower of Jesus Christ. She is an exhorter of God’s people. Her sincere desire is to walk in a spirit of excellence and demonstrate to the next generation that they can live a holy, acceptable life that is pleasing unto God.
